sponsor an intern.

Who is an intern?
An intern is any person who wants to learn alternative healing modalities
by making the steps indicated below. This process of detoxification,
rejuvenation, and life style changes has shown to improve health and
may aid in the prevention all diseases, including cancer.
The Internship is a 1 month program, (to be conducted at Yoga Oasis, Hawaii).

5 Key Steps for Rejuvenation
Yoga (detoxification through exercise)
Nutrition (organic, mindfully prepared whole foods)
Meditation (training the mind to be still, focused, and at peace)
Relaxation (release of stress)
Deep breathing (cellular oxygenation)
