Small Group Classes Through the process of Chi Hatha Yoga you will try out new forms of breathing which will put you in touch with your own being and subconscious self. You will learn control over the conditioned responses taught from childhood, and you will learn new possibilities of behavior.
Students learning how to fly
The very nature of the ageing process is delayed through Chi Hatha Yoga. Yoga itself is to work against this through the continual recharging of life energy and it's ability to take the body to its physical edge. Life is a constant war against rigor mortise of the body and negativity of the mind. Meditation and breathing techniques help us to work against the mind's old behavior patterns by loosening up our persona and taking us to our psychological edges.
Afternoon Masks to detox the skin
Besides being fun, we will learn a few simple principals and tools for opening up blocked personalities in a non-threatening environment. These newly learned tools will help sensitize you to the emotions of others and thus improve your teaching skills as well as your relationship with your partner, friend or lover. |

The
body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. In us dwells the Highest
of the Highest. And every day we must inhale light into
our bodies. We must manipulate our spine and joints. And
we must eat the highest vibrational foods. Otherwise, negativity
and depression will cloud themind, the body will rust with
arthritis.
The corporate foods of today is now becoming the Devil's
food which mutates our moodsgiving us a weak mind and diseased
body/temple.
Since we cannot put "new wine into old wine sacks",
we must start the rejuvenation process by first cleansing
the body/temple. Our bodies must be in good physical conditionto
be optimal conductors of chi/light energy.
We begin first to cleanse and balance the body's chi energy
through herbs, diet, and exercise. Maintaining a healthy
body/temple requires a balance of four elements:nutritional
diet, yogic exercises: deep relaxation, and focused meditation.
What
past student's say:
Aloha Star and thanks to both you and Karl.
I taught my first yoga class this morning. It was a senior
yoga class and taught mainly from and using a chair. I teach
a "regular" class on Friday morning, but it is
nowhere near as hard as Hayward's. YO definitely prepared
me to teach!
I will be teaching 4 classes a week - 2 senior and 2 regular
at this point - 1 hour each. I will keep you posted. I really
appreciate everyone's guidance while at the retreat. Sorry
again that I was so difficult at times. I have always been
to sensitive.
Keep in touch and take care!!! Namaste, Michelle
