Lobor Day Weekend - 2008


Yoga Oasis is offering an in depth Yoga retreat.
The student must be focused and dedicated to the practice of yoga on and off the mat.
This is a time for personal growth, to turn away from the outside world, and focus inward. Yoga Oasis daily schedule and course outline.


Daily Schedule
7 – 7:30 pranayama and meditation
8 – 10 Chi Hatha yoga
10 – 11 AM Brunch
11 – 12 Karma Yoga
Free Time
3 – 4 PM lecture on Philosophy or Anatomy
4 – 6 PM asana practice and additional topics are covered here
6:00 dinner
8 PM evening lecture and mediation

Retreats longer than 5 days
Saturday
6:30 – 7:30 Kriya’s, pranayama and meditation
8 – 9 AM yoga
9 AM Brunch
10 AM –12 PM Lecture on one of the additional topics
1/2 day off
